📌 PRODUCT REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

The company believes in complete customer satisfaction. If a product has a manufacturing defect, it may be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only if:
- The product is in marketable condition
- The original invoice is provided
Refunds will not be applicable if the product has been:
- Intentionally damaged
- Improperly handled or misused
Refund Terms & Conditions
- The Direct Seller must return the product to the RMG Office.
- The product must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Customers must contact Customer Care before initiating a return or refund.
- Used or opened products will not be accepted unless an incorrect product was delivered.
Replacement Policy
The company offers a 10-Day Replacement Guarantee. If any defect is found at the time of delivery or within 10 days from the delivery date, the buyer may request a replacement.
Conditions:
- The defect must be reported within 10 days to the seller.
- A defective product will be replaced with the same product or part, subject to availability.
- Replacement may apply to the full product or specific components.
Products Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Consumable items that have been used or installed
- Products returned without original packaging, box, or accessories
- Apparel and footwear that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- Original tags and branded packaging must be intact and undamaged
